Haven't really got a lot to say about this one.

I expect it will be similar to last week.

Lewis to dominate single lap speed in practice and quali. Then the Mercedes will wear it's tyres much faster than Ferrari and lose the race, probably to Vettel.

I doubt Red Bull will be any closer to the top two than in Australia.

I have had one bet so far, on Hamilton to top times sheet in Practice 1 (which starts in about half an hour)

Formula 1   Chinese Grand Prix
Thu 4/6  11:00PM
Lewis Hamilton  +120
Sebastian Vettel  +160
Valtteri Bottas  +700

Jolyon Palmer  +200000
Stoffel Vandoorne  +200000
Marcus Ericsson  +300000
Antonio Giovinazzi  +300000

Formula 1   Chinese Grand Prix - Pole Position Winner
Thu 4/6  11:00PM
Lewis Hamilton  -135
Sebastian Vettel  +250
Valtteri Bottas  +450
Kimi Raikkonen  +1200
Max Verstappen  +2000
Daniel Ricciardo  +2000

Carlos Sainz  +50000
Sergio Perez  +75000
Nico Hulkenberg  +75000
Daniil Kvyat  +100000

No picks for fast lap... like last race the top 6 will proabbly set the top 6 fastest laps again but might be worth grabbing the Williams and Force India guys.

Thanks opti. I'm on Hamilton. I think Mercedes brings their A game this race. Are you looking at the Long Beach race?

I did notice that last years Indy Lights winner is favorite for it in just his second race.

Do you have any insight?

Will have to look at what Trident thinks on twitter

Are you talking about ed jones? William hill doesn't even have him listed, he's a field bet at 60/1. I will throw some on that, but I bet 5dimes forgot to add an extra 0 to him. I can't imagine he's a favorite over power, Dixon or pagenaud? Maybe I'm missing something haha

Looks like a wet race.

Verstappen had trouble in quali with engine and will start at the back. Should be fun to see what he can do from there if it is raining. He might shock if he is any near as fast in wet as he was in Brazil last year.

I think Rain will favor Ferrari over Mercedes too as they seem to have more downforce. Hard to be certain though and Hamilton is vert good in the wet too.

Fast Lap wide open?

Verstappen from the back maybe?  Kimi for 2 in a row?  I'll toss a few darts, see if I get lucky again

How about McLaren first to retire this week?

I thought McLaren would be more unreliable but was wrong so wont be betting them to retire first I dont think.

Verstappen fast lap not a bad thought. I guess a wet race brings all the longshots back into fast lap thinking actually. Although I still expect one of those top 4 to do it. They are just so much faster than everyone and at least one of them will want it if not in a fight at the end.

Smart options but kind of shocked they have Verstappen at +650, expected would be +1200ish or even better the way they usually price fast lap market
