lol wat? i'll give jr 4/1, no max

haha i'm retarded, started going down the rest and thought "this can't be right"...those are 500 odds dipshit, not the champ

I want to bet chase champ early in the season.

Any of the dudes that actually follow this know if they'll be any rules changes that will effect the teams?

Bowyer both 50/1 and  100/1 might be worth a thought.

What car did bowyer get? His stats that i'd use were usually pretty good. Probably like 1/3 of the races his name would pop up.

I can see me being bullish on chase this year. Upwards of obnoxious lol.

15/1 is shit though. I hate being stupid and asking that guy that shows up when i ask how much juice there is in this.

Dude, if you're here. Teach me once and I'll get it. Ah shit, I'll always bo'd. I need to buy a lifetime membership. Teach me until I'm not bo'd. lol

You convert the odds to decimal then it is just 100 divided by the decimal odds minus 1 for each driver to get the Probability %.  Then total all the Prob % numbers up to get the market Overround.  Then minus 1 from the Overrounnd percentage and and divide the overround total by that to get the hold percentage of the market.

I didn't mean you as "the dude", but thanks. Been a long time since math class, which happens to be the only class I participated in.

Pretty much the only scholastic thing I remember from hs is my math teacher telling me that this is the ugliest perfect paper she's ever seen. I didn't pay attention or do homework, then 5 minutes before class i'd figure out how to do the test my own way.

I'd learn what you said now, but it's just going to be a bo anyway. I'll eventually get there.

I thought it would be a bit higher in terms of juice. It's terrible for sure, but whatever.

That is pretty high really imho. But it's long term futures and a race that is months away so have to expect a bit of extra juice I guess.

If I remember right the couple of times I worked it out for 5D openers this year it was close to 30%, -115/-115

And again memory is foggy but could have sworn that 2 or 3 years ago when i used to work it out regularly we were getting markets with about 24% in them, -112/-112
