Figured I'd get a thread started...Haven't really checked 5D to see any odds yet but I know a couple of guys did pretty well at the US Open.

Any early leans or storylines?

Ill be making a few donations this week. My early plays are DJ +4000, Sneds +5000 & Chris Wood +25000. Tiger at over 20-1 is the highest ive ever seen him for any tournament. Does anyone think he has shot this week?

True on Yisman!  Which one of you got hot at the US Open?  The British is sooooo tough to handicap because of the course being played.  Having played on both sides of the pond its just a completely different animal.  Better chance for a long shot to sneak through and win.

Stenson +1610
Fowler +3800

Fowler top 20 +150

Henrik Stenson (Tourn) -145* vs Martin Kaymer (Tourn)
Graeme McDowell (Tourn) -115* vs Jordan Spieth (Tourn)
Rickie Fowler (Tourn) +130* vs Matt Kuchar (Tourn)
Lee Westwood (Tourn) +125* vs Bubba Watson (Tourn)
Miguel Angel Jimenez (Tourn) -120* vs Danny Willett (Tourn)

All of these are round robin'd including a single parlay

I will list a few of my early bets and reasons why:

Henrik Stenson +1575: finished 2nd in 2013 Open Championship, finished in top 5 in 3 of his last 5 starts in 2014
Dustin Johnson +4000:  2nd in 2011 Open, top 10 in 2012 Open, long hitter and Royal Liverpool Par 5's can be reached in two giving some advantage to long hitters.
Brandt Snedeker +6000: 2nd in 2012 Open, 11th in last year's Open Championship, love his putting, if he gets hot with the flat stick I think he has a really good chance.
Hideki Matsuyama +7000: Best value on the board IMO, 6th in 2013 Open Championship, won at Muirfield Village earlier this year, played well at the US Open before fading on the weekend.

Just saw that Tom Watson is 1,000 to 1. I am going to bet him just because. Hey it could happen!

Yeah it was the British Oopen in 2012. I hit on that one too.....I also had Webb Simpson 100-1 in the U.S. Open that year too.

Well that was that year.....Looking for a few bombers in the British this year.
